Data Deletion Instructions

If you believe Trust CRM holds personal information about you — for example from a lead form, account, or connected integration — you can request deletion using the steps below.
Your right to deletion
You may ask us to delete personal information we hold about you. We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records by law.
Option 1 — Contact us (recommended)
- Go to our Contact page and send a message titled "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your name and enough details for us to locate your information.
- Tell us what you want deleted.
- We will verify your request and confirm when deletion is complete.
Option 2 — Remove a connected app
If you connected Trust CRM through Facebook, Instagram, or another social media platform, you can revoke access in that platform's app settings. This stops new data from being shared. To delete data we already hold, still submit a request using Option 1.
If your data is held by a company
When your information exists inside a customer's Trust CRM workspace (for example, as a sales lead), the company using Trust CRM may also hold a copy. We will delete data in our systems after a verified request and, where appropriate, notify the account owner.
