Using Trust CRM
Trust CRM is a business platform for real-estate teams. You agree to use it lawfully, keep your account secure, and provide accurate information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the platform for unlawful activity. When using connected integrations, follow the rules of those platforms.
Facebook and Instagram integrations
If you connect Facebook or Instagram lead forms to Trust CRM, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that your organization will use imported lead information lawfully, in line with Meta policies and your own privacy notices.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you submit. You grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for how your organization uses customer and lead information.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, billing, trials, and renewals are described on our Pricing page or in your agreement with us.
Intellectual property
Trust CRM owns the platform, branding, and website content. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust CRM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Termination & changes
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.
