Facebook and Instagram lead data

When your organization connects Facebook or Instagram lead forms to Trust CRM, we receive only the lead information needed to sync those submissions into your workspace. We use that information only to provide lead capture, assignment, follow-up, and CRM functionality for your organization. We do not sell this data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Sharing

We may use trusted service providers to help run our platform. Data entered by your company is available to authorized users within your organization. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Security & retention

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information. Each company's workspace is kept separate. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements.
